Embrace Tango & Blues Weekender8 - 10 Nov 2024Kegworth Hotel and Conference CentreEmbrace Alternative Tango & Blues Weekender @Kegworth Hotel & Conference Centre.8th - 10th Nov Embrace It, is a magical, FULL BOARD, two-room weekend of Tango and Blues enveloped in a unique, friendly atmosphere. In fact, it's a perfect environment for learning in. With different teachers, and a selection of D.J's who you will have seen on the Alternative Tango scene and Blues circuit With dance instruction through the day, and social dancing through into the wee small hours, this is a weekend to seriously accelerate your dancing. Dipping your toes into another style is actively encouraged. And with Tango and Blues dancing being such close cousins, our teachers will show you how to transfer your skills with surprising ease. The music played will be a gorgeous balance of traditional and modern. With a dedicated Blues room top resident D.J @John Porterfield also Lisa Graydon, Tony Glover of course Headliner Zoe Taylor give you her twist on Alt Tango. A dedicated Tango room, to surprise and delight you throughout the whole weekend. We have Zoe & Darren Taylor teaching Alongside @Diane Kerry & Mark McCormick. With A few more announcements to make ?? The cost of the weekend: Early bird booking price is £275 per person booked on or before Wednesday 18th September 2024, after that the cost will rise to the full amount of £300 per person. Places are only secured with a £50 non-refundable deposit. Places are non-transferable to other dancers, or any other event. Booking is CURRENTLY OPEN. Followers places are FULLY BOOKED. Couples and Leaders places are still available. We welcome Female leaders ?? If you are a follower you can book on with a leader, it doesn't mean you have to share a room.
